Had my first NSV yesterday, was at my sons 2nd birthday and a friend who I hadn't seen in a couple of weeks said to me "you have lost weight you're looking really good".
Was so pleased that someone had noticed as I hadn't told anyone that I was trying to lose weight and that I am using MFP
