new challange from dec 12 till june 12 losing 27 kg

hello guys..
hope we could encourage each other ..
lets speak daily and motivate eachother
the challenge is that till june 12 we will eat 1200 calorie and play 240 minutes sport per week for 24 weeks💪💪

    Oh a 6 month challenge, a great idea. My intake is higher, but when my holiday ends I'll be exercising an hour at the gym daily.
    December 12th 89.5 kg.

    Sounds like a great challenge ... personally need motivation to follow through with my goals... must limit sugars, reduce weight, and keep on track... in order to take care of myself.

    Trying to control my blood sugar A1C to under 7. Lose weight and maintain my goal weight.
    Weight: 130 lbs
    Exercise: 30 minutes
    Always drink enough water (yes)
    Calories intake 1000/1200
    Goal weight: 118

    Bump in the road ... ended up in emergency (all fine). However, couldn’t follow through with my dinner plan. Will get back on track tomorrow
