Introducing Myself

Hi, my name is Dora. I’m 36 yrs old and I have two children, boy 19 and girl 18 and a sweet baby grandson 8months. I got engaged on Feb. 14th and our wedding date is on 12-12-20. So I have about a year to get in shape. I’m hoping to lose about 20pounds. I’m currently 159 pounds and feel so out of shape. My problem areas are of course my stomach, back fat and fat arms. So I’m hoping to lose the fat and gain muscle. Hope to meet a few ppl on here especially woman who are trying to get in shape for their wedding. Let’s be buddies and motivate each other 😀

    Hi congrats on your engagement. I'm 39 I'm weighing in at a miserable 166 pounds and am determined to get in shape for myself in a way that that I respect myself enough to learn to want to feed myself in a healthy way. Instead of a lifetime of bingeing and self loathing, exercising to loose weight only and eating healthily just to loose weight. This is where Ive been going wrong. I want to learn to eat and exercise because my body deserves the best
    I need a lot of help with this perspective shift.
