Hey everyone! I just found this site and thought I would give it a try. I just moved to a new town and am stuck in the middle of the country. Before I moved I belonged to a gym, had a pool, went on walks around town all of the time, and was very active. Now, I don't know anyone and feel as if I have lost all my motivation to work out. I still do at least 60 minutes of cardio a day but it doesn't seem as intense. Since moving I feel I have gained a few pounds, because I tend to get bored and end up eating or watching TV. I'm hoping this site gives me some motivation to pay more attention to what I am eating and get back into a better exercise routine.

    Hi, I'm new too! Well, I used my phone to keep track of things on my own for a while, and today decided to come to the full site to try to motivate myself. Anyway, welcome. :)
