I have lost 19.8 pounds in three months and I am over the moon. I needed to share it with somebody.
Finally I am losing weight now I have to stick to it.

Only reduced calories. No exercise. I am too heavy (314.8 pounds today in the morning) I want to lose weight first, not sure how much.1 -

That's awesome that you've lost 21.2lb so far on your own! I started at 268lb and lost about 35lb first before I started adding in exercise. Tracking and keeping to the right amount of calories consistently seems to be 90% of the trick to losing weight.
