Breakfast idea

Hello, I am looking for breakfast ideas that do not have to be heated, but no fruit, yogurt, or cottage cheese. I am doing low-carb due to diabetes, and would like something I can take to work in my purse to eat an hour or two later that doesn't need to be heated up. Does anyone have any ideas?

    Protein shakes/bars, single serving cheeses. You could also make things like hard boiled eggs or mini vegetable frittatas ahead of time. You can also eat the same foods that you would eat at other times of the day.

    I do fairlife milk and chai concentrate in the morning. (Fairlife has 13g of protein and low sugar for 1 cup...pretty good as a base for chai or other milk based drinks for breakfast.)
