Doesn't make you strange, but it does make you someone who just ate over 500 caloris and 38 grams of sugar.

It's ALL about the cowboy beans! So tasty- and healthy!!! The best crock-pot recipe yet!

Get a bag of dry beans- the mixed kind (like the 17 bean variety) and put into pot
Add any veggies you want, layering over the beans
    Add any spices
    Add 6 cups water
Cook for about 6 hours on low and 4 hours on high
1/2 before serving- when beans are cooked, stir in 1/2 cup bbq sauce! (keep in mind there is sugar-free bbq sauce)

    Yee haw!

What? Why would that make you strange? I think I'm missing something.

I can only eat about 4 bites of baked beans before I get sick of them. But those 4 bites are yummy!

Not unless you mean you actually ate the can. I would find that strange.

Spices are fine....BUT DO NOT ADD SALT UNTIL THE BEANS ARE COOKED. Salt in the soak will make your beans stay hard in the middle.
