I am exactly 1 month post op from roux en y gastric bypass surgery. Any fellow wls dieters out there?

    Thanks for responding ladies! I am exactly 6 weeks post-op and I am really trying to make good food choices. Any advice for a person starting out like myself? So far my weightloss is 33 pounds.
