Did keto for over 2 years and stopped losing. Decided I was tired of eating so much meat all the time. Back to portion control/ counting calories. I’ve gained like 20 lbs in the past few weeks. Clothes are so tight. Need help/advice!

You got this! Put in your info, weigh your food, and log everything then stay at calories. It's not complicated. From there it's up to you if you want to tweak food for nutrition and work out. I think both are important but not needed for weight loss. Good luck!0

you can still keto and count calories if you'd like.
a food scale will be your best friend. food labels have a margin of error1 -
Keto causes you to lose a lot of water weight because your body drains your glyogen stores when you are on it. So when you go off of keto, some water weight regain is normal. If it's actually 20 pounds though, that sounds excessive.2

Yeah just focus on staying in 20-25% deficit. The excess weight should come back off pretty soon.0
