I had already lost a lot of weight by Dec of last year and I was feeling great at my mom's 60th bday. I didn't even believe I would lose more. Yet I didn't stop. And even I am shocked by the year difference. Never be done , just keeping going. Here's to next year .

I lift heavy, I run ( I was always a runner even while heavy) and I just count Cals on here and stay in a deficit. I eat all sorts of things no specific diet.6 -
