    Breaking habits, especially bad ones, is hard. Going to be earlier is huge for me. When I'm up late I snack.

    I log snacks ahead of time so I can reserve calories for them

    I agree with TrueGrit. I have a hard time with night snacking. I have to go into bed so I'm out of site of the kitchen. A warm beverage - coffee or diet hot chocolate helps to fill me up.
