I drink water and flavor it with Propel or any type of flavor you put in water.

Breaking habits, especially bad ones, is hard. Going to be earlier is huge for me. When I'm up late I snack.1

I log snacks ahead of time so I can reserve calories for them0

I agree with TrueGrit. I have a hard time with night snacking. I have to go into bed so I'm out of site of the kitchen. A warm beverage - coffee or diet hot chocolate helps to fill me up.0
