70 lb transformation

This transformation has been two years in the making. My child was diagnosed with severe autism in 2015 and I got lost in depression and packed on the pounds. I got help in 2018 and decided I needed to focus on taking care of myself. I do keto and have been using a Peloton bike about five months now. SW was 240. CW is 170 and I’m 5’7”. I’m in my 30s.
