Hi, I have a question. I am making Kool-Aid with Splenda...how can there be any calories in it? I guess I must be new to this whole thing, but was just curious about that.

    I think Splenda has atleast a gram of carbs per packet.....and several calories depending on how much you use.

    There are several types of Kool-aid. Some have sweeteners in them already, others don't. When you add it to your diary check first to make sure you are adding the one with the same nutrition data that the packet/mix you used has listed.

    maybe it's the artificial coloring in the cool aid...powdered sugar..

    Ok thank you so much....I am using 2/3 cup of Splenda in the 2 quarts I make...it has no sweetener in it till I add it. I read the back of the package of Kool-aid and shows 0 on everything but 15 mg of Sodium....and the Nevella Sweetener I am using shows 0 all the down! So just not sure what's it's saying!
