Invest in a crock pot. So easy and so convenient! One of the easiest recipes is to dump chicken breasts and salsa into the crock and let it cook on low for 6-7 hours. When you get home, shred the chicken and put it into tortillas with some avocado and veggies for tacos!0

You can also make stews, soups, pasta sauces, meals and desserts. Just plan to get everything ready before you leave for work in the morning and let it cook in the crock pot while you're away from the house. By the time you get home in the evening, dinner is finished.
All best!0 -
I always eat plain oatmeal made with unsweetend 100% regular almond milk instead of water. Add in some California golden raisins and some apple slices/chunks and it is pretty good. It's extremely healthy and you get some good carbs in the morning before a workout!!0

boneless/skinless chicken, grilled (i use olive oil, 1 tsp), cut up one cup of zucchini, one cup of squash, and one cup of broccoli, 1/2 carrot (i use medium), put in with 1 cup of water + chicken + 1 tbsp lemon juice + dash of pepper + dash salt, cook until veggies are tender!

1. FISH Is always low cal... There are a ton of delicious tilapia/halibut recipes out there that are low-cals.
I just made Parmesan crusted tilapia last night for dinner and it all came out around 200 cals per filet. Not bad. I served couscous and roasted zucchini with it.
2. Broth-based soups are delicious and low cals.
I made chinese-chicken rice soup tonight, about 340cals per servings. delicious also.0 -
I also suggest fruit smoothies for breakfast add in a bit of protein powder, fruits, and a bit of milk/water/juice.0
