I am Ana, from Spain but living in the UK since 2011. Just signed up to start with my early resolutions for the new year. I am looking to lose some weight and improving my lifestyle. I am a pretty active person but since I became self employed something started going wrong. I am not overweight but I am out of my comfortable size. I do row and do circuit training now and then and also try to cut in naughty foods. Still, feeling too big and uncomfortable... Any women there in their 50's finding losing some weight much more difficult that before? Looking forward to hearing your inspirational journey to a thinner and healthier lifestyle.
