    I don't log food, but I do log my weight and exercise daily. I try to eat lots of veggies and a little fruit daily. I'm trying to cut back on the sweets!

    I follow a 40-30-30 nuttition plan where carbs are limited to 40%, fats 30% and protein 30% with a 1200 calorie goal. I’d be interested in sharing meal choices. Let’s support each other!
