Hi everyone!!

I officially started MFP today....and I am so excited about doing it...now just to keep the motivation up and sticking with it!! Anyone got any tips etc, today I logged all my food, drinks and exercise and found this really helped me see what I could still eat etc. I am really looking forward to seeing my weight disappear....ultimately I would like to lose about 55kgs....but I would be happy if I lost anywhere between 40 to 55kgs....

Looking forward to your words of wisdom!!

Hey Em, welcome to the world of MFP. My only advice is to keep going, even when it feels like a waste of time, even when things aren't going the way you want, just keep on chipping away.

Don't deny yourself everything you love, or it'll end in a binge, just eat a small treat every now and then, control the portion, that way you don't feel like you are going without all the time.

Best of luck, I hope you have many succeses.

Feel free to add me. I've been doing this for three months now and after years of trying and failing and thinking I was just meant to be a big girl, this is actually working for me and it hasn't been as hard as I thought it would be.

My advice is allow yourself a cheat day ever so often, don't beat yourself up if you have a bad day and try some of the challenges just to give yourself a goal to work towards.

    Good luck!!!
