I am going to get it this time! I logged in again and looking at my account I have gained 33 lbs in the last 7 years! Good lord! Gotta keep it going this time and not lose momentum! Good luck to everyone! Let’s do this!

    Welcome back! You sound motivated and that's awesome! Start setting small goals working toward medium and then larger goals.

    I'm just starting over again... again! I am starting with a goal to lose 15 lbs by 1 February and another 10 lbs by 7 March (25 total).

    Keep your motivation out in front of you every day, stay consistent and be persistent and you'll do great! 🙂
