Has anyone done Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred with their normal exercise routine? If so, have you seen a difference in edurance and your body? Has it helped your overall workout regime? I am starting it today, and am curious how well it works. Also, how do I put it in for my daily exercise?

Put it under "Circuit Training". I have only been doing it for 5 days now, so can't really tell you what it has done for me because I have also been going to the gym just about every day.
Good luck!0 -
I started with the shred, a long time ago & then quickly added more Jillian vids into the mix!! I love them all & definitely saw wonderful changes in my body after using them!! Great cut lines, lean muscle mass & a tight toned core to name a few! Stick with these workouts & when you start to get bored another another one or a few.... Good luck!! After a month off (summer holidays) I'm getting ready to start my Jillian videos again.
I use a heart rate monitor to add it into my exercise log... That really is the most accurate way to add any exercise because we are so different & all at different fitness levels!!

I am on my second round of it and my endurance has increased. My body has changed my legs, butt, and hips have all lost inches and I am in my goal pants (comfortably). By the end of this round I hope to be in my second goal pants.0

I love most of Jillian's stuff... I can't do them every day though... she really kicks my butt so I need rest days in b/w. Maybe I'm just getting old. I run a lot too so I prefer something a little kinder like yoga now! 30 day shred is good b/c it's only 20 minutes - so when you just can't go for full scale torture, it's definitely a good goto video. My favorite of hers personally is the No More Trouble Zones for a good overall toning. But all her stuff is good if you can stick with it. I really did see a difference in my body when I was doing it faithfully last year. Just make sure to stick with a good balanced diet as well... b/c no amount of exercise can make up for what you put in your mouth if you allow yourself to go way overboard. Have fun!0

i'm doing the 30ds as my strength training as part of my overall training for running a half marathon. i don't do it daily, but i do mix it up a bit and will do level 2 and 3 back to back once or twice a week. i like that it really feels like i'm doing something. i've noticed my arms are getting stronger and more toned, and all of the squats and core work have actually really helped with my running- especially for my posture which in turn helps with my stamina.
i'm yet to actually physically see many results though, because i still have a fairly generous layer of fat covering my muscles. but i swear that i've got a wicked 6 pack and awesome meaty thighs just waiting to be shown!0 -
awesome. thank you everyone for your input! I started it yesterday and I love it!! I can't wait to see the results
