Sheet pan meat and veggie recipes. Any meat, any veggies baked on a sheet pan. There’s so many recipes online to suit everyone’s taste. Our personal favorite is bell peppers, onions, fingerling potatoes and smoked turkey sausage.5

Meat, veggies, olive oil, seasonings. Put in oven or on the grill. That's the fewest ingredients I can come up with.2

Yes. And a "sheet pan" can be any open baking dish, depending. Here's an assemblage I made, pre-Christmas: roast chicken breast, roasted root veg (beet, parsnip, carrot), side salad. The most complex operation was chopping the veg to make matchsticks. Very, very simple overall approach to a tasty and healthful meal. I can dig out the macro values from MFP, but they were pretty good.
Flavorings of your choice; for the root veg, I used black pepper, dash of salt, sage and thyme. For the chicken, rosemary, thyme, granulated onion, granulated garlic, paprika, black pepper, dash of salt. In the past, I used to toss the chicken onto the top of the veg, the veg being used as a trivet to support it. Since they cook at different rates, I now more often separate them, getting the veg going sooner. Since I went at high temp, I used a drizzle of canola oil rather than olive.
Ignore the loaf of bread in the back. It is part of a set of 11 I made for holiday consumption and party gifts. It is a rosemary-garlic-sesame loaf which came out of the oven to cool just as I started dinner. It's why I was at the slightly higher temp of 400F for the dinner cooking.
