Im an IF and looking to meet more people like me. Just curious how many of us there are out there doing IF and using the app. Would love to see and maybe start a group?

    Lapsed MFP member, starting IF 16:8, planning to add 24 hour fasts once a week. Looking for fasting apps that sync in with MFP because apps tend to keep me motivated.

    Re-starting Keto and intermittent fasting in 2020! First 30 days is to reset into Ketosis. Am fasting for 16 hours and eating only from 10am to 6 pm. Eventually will work up to 5 days on and 2 days off.

    Hi! I try to stick to 16:8, but got extremely lazy a couple months ago. I’m looking forward to getting back on board.

    I’ve never been able to go more than 18:6- I hit that mental block.
