Looking for committed MFP'ers who log daily, or try to! I have an open diary and weigh in weekly.

My MFP philosophies: Transparency, Grace, Humor, Encouragement, with a side of Real.

I lost 50 in 2011 and 70 in 2017 on MFP, so I'm a firm believer in the tool. My failure to "keep it off" that has nothing to do with MFP, or calorie counting as a method.

    I’m in. I set my food diary to public and I weigh in monthly. I’m looking to lose 15-20 pounds. I’m great during the week, but I totally binge eat on the weekends.

    I’m not following any particular diet, because I want sustainable change. I’m doing intermittent fasting, which for me means I don’t eat early in the morning, and I stop eating early in the evening. Keep it simple and healthy.

    Another day and I feel I’m on track. The weekends the big test. I did 2 thirty minutes of cardio today.

    I'm in! My diary is public. I eat a plant based diet. I'm looking to lose 50+lbs. Down 20 so far!
