My list is an eye-roller, it's healthy stuff!

Roasted brussel sprouts with balsamic vinegar.

Roasted fennel with cherry balsamic vinegar.

Dried beans in the Instant pot.

Oh, one exciting one: Theo's peanut butter cups and Fran's salted caramel chocolates.

Penzey's Arizona Dreaming and medium-hot chili powder.

I know it has been around forever, but I just tried Spaghetti Squash for the first time in 2019 and love it!

Stroop wafels (I was introduced to them this year) and asparagus (which my husband finally convinced me to try)

Beets! Until two months ago, I assumed I didn't like them. Now I eat them every day.

Ewwwww on beets. Those were one of those that I never really tried but disliked anyway so I finally did try them and...ew.

(Also finally tried a green olive and are they supposed to have a kick to them? These were in a gift basket.)

My finds were Built Bars and the low calories ice creamish products like Enlightened, Halo Top, Scandel-less (Vons/Pavillions/Safeway brand).

    I'm not sure what else.
