Hello everyone, been a while since I hit the gym but I finally got back this morning for chest day and cardio. Currently 245 lbs but hoping to slowly make it back to 180. I was 275 coming out of high school and dropped to 165 at my lowest. Around 180 is where I remember feeling the best. Wish me luck
