    Yeah I have this as well, just started using it!

    I also recently downloaded for free:

    - Couch to 5K
    - Fitness Pro
    - Workouts
    - Lose the Belly
    - Motivate
    - FitCoach
    - SixPack Lite
    - Abs

    which all seem fairly decent though not had the opporunity to try them out yet!

    Yes its so good :) you can also get:

    "ab workout"
    "arm workout"
    "butt workout"

    I find these very good aswell and they're free!

    they're all iphone apps from itunes. if you have an android or blackberry i'm sure there's similar ones aswel :) hope that helped

    They're from the app store if you have an Iphone or other android phone. Nike Training Club is particularly good as it has set workouts depending on what your goals are. You can definitely feel the burn!

    I have never tried the Nike App but love the RunKeeper app.
