Hello fellow challenge runner,
Tomorrow starts our quest for completing 100 miles in September, and while it’s going to have it’s hard days, I know the reward is going to be great! I want to encourage you to get off to your best start tomorrow, and to set a pace for yourself you feel comfortable maintaining for a while, because we’re in marathon mode not sprint mode.
I wanted to personally thank you for committing to this, because I know it’s going to help hold me accountable, and I know the results are going to be a great springboard to further my healthy living.
I will be posting my mileage weekly, and success stories as I achieve them, so please do the same with me. If you haven’t already done so, and want to add me as a friend, please do.
Running with you,
Jason
P.S- Many of you may have already received this by way of email, and I apologize to those who did not. MFP has some restrictions on how many emails you can send in a certain time period, and it made the process very cumbersome. Thanks so much for your help and support!
