Is there somewhere that allows you to change your calories for nursing?

or do you mean nursing as in the old fashioned term for breast feeding?
There are several threads on this - and people either add about 500 ?? calories to their regular stats - ie if my height/weight/activity level gives me 1500 calories, I would actually eat 2000
Or log it as an activity and therefore eat back those calories.
Please note 500 was just a guess, from memory, and of course it will be less over time as the baby starts to eat solids and less breast milk1 -
Oh, I didn't even think of that
Well, we've got ya covered either way!0 -

It’s actually under food. So if you go in like you are going to add something you ate just search for breastfeeding. It will put on a negative amount. It has a couple different options depending on where you are at in breastfeeding!
