Mine was a bacon sandwich with ketchup on granary bread. Finally found a bread I like that isn't white 😍

    Banana, mixed berry, flax and soy milk smoothie (174 cals) - it was quite small, but that’s what I fancied :smile:

    I am planning to have an egg scramble with onion garlic and Parmesan cheese, plus some toasted Italian bread with butter and garlic.

    I decided to change up my normal egg for breakfast, and instead had a nutty whole wheat waffle, sugar-free maple syrup, and a small sectioned red grapefruit from one of my grapefruit trees. And can't forget the 21 oz of loose leaf blueberry black tea! My morning wouldn't start without a small pot of that stuff! ;)

    Hot water with lemon
    Black coffee
    Chobani’s new Greek vanilla yogurt with cashew butter on the bottom—these are good!
    Oats with almond milk, chopped clementine and dates
