    Best of luck!! I'm doing the same thing - just restarted, inputting my new 'starting' weight on January 1st.

    Starting this again !! Health issues and know being obese is not helping me at all....Lost 48 pounds first time but went on vacation and just little by little back to my old habits....So....here I go again !

    I’m a new member wanting to lose weight but feel i will fail before I start. I lack motivation, energy, will power. I know what I need to do, I think, but it’s a struggle to get started. Any advice?
