I’m down 100lbs 😁

I’m officially down 100lbs! Well, 102lbs today lol. And as of today, I am at a healthy BMI for the first time in ten years.
I still have a little more to lose, but this is a big victory for me and I’m celebrating.
I have no big secrets to my loss. It’s all old school. Using MFP to track my calories, staying within my range daily, drinking only water, cooking whole, healthy foods. I set my goal on Fitbit to 10k steps daily but seem to average more like 19k lately. I hike as much as weather and work allow, go horseback riding twice a week, and go to the gym three days a week.
