Reintroducing Myself

Hey everyone,

I used to post regularly on here and fell off the bandwagon.:embarassed: Mainly because I got pregnant & could barely eat my first trimester anyways. Good thing is that I didn't gain a lot of weight while pregnant, I gained a total of 12lbs. So it was relatively easy to get the "baby weight" off....now I want to get off the rest of the 45lbs I was originally trying to get off in the first place when I joined. :laugh:

I am more motivated now because I would like to be a healthier me for myself & my my baby girl (5 months old). I realize now that a lot of my weight gain (& non-weight loss) was because I was always drinking alcohol at night with my DH. My metabolism is not like his & we all know alcohol is liquid fat.

So I am reintroducing myself & need all the motivation I can get. Everyone here is very supportive so I hope to make new friends on this journey.
