Ten days straight

I’ve been working out/eating “right” for several years now. Decided to take it more serious and start to track macros. Any advice on high carb, high protein, low fat meals?

I know it's super boring but my go to is chicken and rice. But I mix it up so I don't get too bored. I get the packets from the store so I have different flavor chicken week to week (this week is bourbon). Jasmine rice is my absolute favorite. The current plan I am on has me consuming 30g of fat per day so I typically have one meal that contains fat, maybe a meal and a snack. Breakfast is where I usually eat my fat because I'll scramble two eggs, add some cheese. A half avocado is my favorite way to eat my healthy fat.
If I get bored of rice for carb I switch it out for potatoes or sweet potatoes. I know none of this is novel or exciting lol.0
