Ham and eggs

I have not had breakfast yet but this morning I’m going to have hem and eggs. I’m on a high protein low carb diet.

What are other people having?

    I had a 6 oz. container of raspberries and a bowl of honey nut cheerios. Delicious.

    I've been on a smoothie kick, although my smoothies have been on the higher fat side (strawberries, raspberries, avocado, kale, zucchini, chickpeas, homemade cashew milk). I think I'm going to experiment with just having coffee for breakfast this week, since my workouts are likely to be in the middle of the day or evening due to other scheduling things.

    2 coffee with cream, 3oz of Salmon, leftover ground turkey and black bean chili, Honey crisp apple, 1 1/2 cups popcorn ( a weird combo of breakfast today, but it worked and a lot of protein :) ..........787 calories, 59 g of protein

    I had three eggs and a piece of sausage after my workout. Nitro cold brew before my workout.

    Breakfast sandwich: two slices of bacon, one egg, slice of American cheese, on multigrain English muffin.

    Publix thick cut bacon

    I try to limit my meals to 665 calories. That is what my doctor wants me to do anyway.

    Lucky you..I moved so I miss fresh oranges from my tree :(
