I have been heavy my entire life..my biggest was 335. It has always been a struggle of yo yoing..I've finally found the "secret" to weight loss and keeping it off..I had to get my mental health and my relationship with food taken care of first..I've always been an emotional eater. I am not done with my weightloss..but so happy with my current results..this is a picture of my highest weight..and my current weight, currently this is the smallest I've been in 10 yrs (my before kids weight)

Congratulations on your progress! I too am on that journey lost 77 so far, and will lose the other 55. I joking tell people I am losing a person. And you are so right, until we overcome the mental part, it does not happen. You go lady!!2
