Is there an easy way to log the 30 minute circuit of weight machines at Planet Fitness?

    Under cardiovascular you have a couple options: circuit training - 1/2 hour for raised heart rate (less rest between sets) or strength training - 1/2 hour (more rest between sets).

    Calorie burns for strength especially are hard to estimate. Start with something general and tweak up or down (over time) based on weight loss results.
