Hello everyone,
I have 60 pounds to lose to be within my healthy range for my blood sugar, blood pressure, and BMI. My goal is to lose 5 pounds a month by using MFP to log my food, water, and exercises, paired with logging my weight weekly and commiting to my meal prep and plans.2 -
I started this with 250 pounds to lose. Friends are very welcome.1

I have around 70 pounds to lose - I'm probably at my heaviest ever right now and as I'm getting older it is harder to lose and much easier to gain! I'm going to be 45 at the end of the 2020 if I don't lose this extra weight now I probably never will!

I need to lose 100 lbs, and more? Just lost 7 lbs in 5 days...easy. Now the work begins. I will probably plateau after 20 lbs. That is when it has gotten tough/discouraging before. I really want to get past that part.0

We can do this! I HAVE to do this. I've allowed my weight to get completely out of control and it's got to stop. One of my bosses from years ago told me when I was in my 20s that I needed to watch what I was eating because I would hit an age where it wouldn't be so easy to get it off. I should have listened to her That was about 80 pounds and 30 years ago.0
