Should I add all my calories burned during the whole day into MyFitnessPal? The app says I burn 45 calories or nothing at all; Were as my Apple watch says I burn anywhere from 1,500-2,500 depending on how active I am that day.

You need to log your exercise into MFP so you can find out how many additional calories you can consume each day. Sounds like your watch doesn’t give you that calculation0

If you sync the Apple Health app with MFP it will send MFP the data on steps taken and any tracked exercise with your watch's Workout app. You just want to have those active calories logged in MFP, not the "total calories" that the watch also tracks.0
