Here we are, 2020!

Hey. My name is Karrah. I am a 30 year old mother of 5 ( 3 step daughters) and 2 sons and a brand new grandma. I have spent the past 12 years dedicating myself to taking care pf my family.I have struggled with my weight since the birth of my first son who just turned 10. Im 5 ft 3in tall and at my heaviest was 220lbs. On jan 1st I stepped on the scale and was 211 lbs. I do have fibromyalgia and the pain and brain fog associated with it can deter me and stop me from doing better for myself. Not any more! I want to feel better for myself and my family. I am focusing on healthy eating habits first. Instead on not packing a lunch and gettinf hangrybat work and buying something from the snack machine I am now meal prwpping breakfast and lunch for my week every sunday. Also trying little 30 days challenges. I am looking for an accountability and motivational partner. If interested let me know. Any tips on easy meal prep? Id love to hear it!
