The title sums it up. I’ve already met two soft weight loss goals, I have one putt soft weight loss goal until I reach my goal weight.

I would also love to have accountability partners! Just started about a week ago - planning to lose 20 lbs in the next 1.5-2 months. Have been using Noom but don’t think it’s features are worth paying for, so switching over!5

Yes, I agree I just stopped my free trial I thought the coach idea may of been worth it but quickly changed my mind. I think having someone sharing the journey will be just as helpful along with MFP5

So glad I found this thread. I have a smaller goal than most of the people on this app, and I always feel like I can’t comment and join in because of that. My starting weight was 133, I’m currently at 124, and my goal weight is 115. I’m pretty short though, at 5’2. So I think that’s a healthy weight range to be in. So excited to push myself this year and finally feel fit and healthy!6

Hi everyone. I would like to lose 30 lbs by MAY as my short term goal. I used to be into fitness and clean eating but fell into bad eating habits and drinking after a running injury in 2012. Trying to get my self back in track. I have been at it since Monday and am going thru the dreaded sugar detox and feeling kinda cruddy but I know it I can make it thru this week it will be so much easier next week. Just focusing on a minumum of 20 min per day exercising and 1200 calories of clean eating a day. Recently retired from my job to stay home and take care of my first grand baby. I love it but feel a bit isolated from the work so would love to have someone to chat with and hold each other accountable. It’s nice to meet everyone.

Can I also join? I tend to yo-yo between 165 and 185 but I’m currently at my highest - 189 😩 I would love to get to a 165-170 range by May. I love lifting weights and doing body pump so I don’t get too focused on the scale numbers but I definitely need a jump start and some motivation!
