So I'm here after years of dieting and a rocky relationship with food.
I'm now at my heaviest 246lbs and have gained a binge eating disorder thanks to Slimming world and the likes. I'm on a journey and I'm accepting that it is going to take time. Can you help me? Will you join me and be my friend?
