New Member! Long Journey Ahead

Hello..I’m new to the community. I’m a little overwhelmed at the moment just thinking about how much I need to lose..150 lbs!!😗 I worked on my food diary today and I did well by staying within my calories for the day. So I guess I can celebrate my success for today!!😀 I plan to read some success stories to keep me motivated. Thanks for listening/reading. It helps just getting all this out.

    It's a journey and lifestyle change, wishing you the best of luck in finding your way!! Not easy but definitely worth it!! Make small goals, don't think of the big picture, and you'll get there.

    Intermittent Fasting has been helping me. ALOT. Ive chosen an 8 hour window to eat and I only have water for the remaining16 hours of my day. You are supposed to exercise. But yeah, so Ive lost 10 lbs in the last 3 weeks. Not alot but it has been motivating me.
