    I am with you! First week done. There is a January 2020 running challenge group where quite a few people are doing this.

    I keep running the same ~4km route every day - I don't feel like i'm getting any faster so far hahaha!

    well it's fine. run some days. yoga other days. dog walking too.
    i'm building mileage so i want be getting faster.
