Not New - But newly active - Need Motivators :D

Hello,

I won't lie, I have been lucky my entire life when it came to my weight. I've never been over "ideal" weight, regardless of what I ate, drank, how active I was, or how inactive.

Then I stopped smoking 7 months ago - and gained steadily, to the point now, where I am 50 pounds heavier than I used to be - and I'm all around unhappy with my weight, which is taking a huge toll on my life, in several aspects.

I'm looking for motivators, for cheerleaders! - Please add me as a friend if you want someone to help you stay motivated as well. Thank you :smile:

    I also want someone to motivate me, I tried alot to lose weight but I always fail, maybe this time I will do it.

    Was here back in 2015, lost 20kg then put it all back on over the course of 4yrs working on other parts of myself (and others!)

    ...Now i'm back on the horse.

    Currently doing RED January, and Veganuary as i'd noticed that when eating meat I just couldn't avoid eating unhealthy options (cheeseburgers were my vice of choice on roadway services!)

    So far, feel loads better but running every day is hard!
