i promised myself i’d get back down to my pre-baby weight by the time my son turned 9 months.
he turns 1 in about 3 weeks and since my initial 20 pound loss, i have basically stayed in the same 3 pound weight range.

i’ve eaten healthy here and there and gone to the gym infrequently but i’m ready to commit.

1/6/20 starting weight: 175.2
first goal weight: 160lbs
ULTIMATE goal weight: 135lbs ✨✨✨✨
i’m going to do this by eating plant based foods at home and bring vegan prepped meals to work with me. (i plan on allowing myself chicken and dairy at restaurants or if i go to a family or friends place for a meal, as i don’t want to trouble anyone to cook a separate meal for me.)

what is your first weight loss goal?
what is your ultimate weight loss goal/long term goal?
how are you going to achieve this? 😊

    Hi I’m a mom off two and with the last one gain 15 kg I loose 5 now I need to loos 10 more 🙄 so let do it together 🏃‍♀️
