My husband just came home with Chipotle burrito bowl and they are all telling me it is healthy. They are yelling at me to eat.

That’s good advice1 -
Chipotle can work. Try to get him to switch you to a salad next time.

Agree with the above but hate it when people try to sabotage instead of support your efforts!! Talk to them about that!
My sister did that a few times during the holidays, saying 'one piece won't hurt you' or 'you're so skinny, it won't matter'. Please people, do NOT be food pushers!!! Stepping off my soap box now.4 -
My daughter was telling me about this so I looked it up.. they have a "whole 30 bowl". "keto bowl". and a "Paleo bow." It is on the website.0

I would consider a Chiptle burrito bowl to be pretty healthy as far as nutrition goes...it may or may not fit your calorie needs. Look up the calories online.2 -

Why are they yelling at you to eat? Do they want you to eat the Chipotle specifically, or do they think you are not eating enough in general? ARE you eating enough in general? Did you already eat and now they want you to eat a second meal by having the Chipotle?
Too many unanswered questions for anyone to provide good feedback. But even if you eat only “healthy” food you will gain weight if you’re eating more calories than you burn.

what's unhealthy about it - basic breakdown - protein; carbs and fat - protein from the meat; carbs from the rice and veggies and fat from the guacamole or sour cream - nothing inherantly unhealthy about it1

Healthy and unhealthy are subjective terms. Almost all food has nutrients we need it is just that some food has more and some has less. The food that has less but is high calorie is most likely food that needs to be moderated. I have never eaten a burrito bowl but I have eaten lots of burritos and still lost weight.
Resisting temptation is mostly about not eating food that makes it hard to stay within your calorie goal for the day or eating past your calorie goal. You might be able to make a single cookie fit in your calorie budget but a dozen cookies would probably not fill you up very much and leave you with little to no calories for other food.0
