This is the year!!!!

So I say it every year that I'm going to loss weight and get health but with in weeks some times even days I have cheated myself by thinking a sneaky treat won't kill me as long as I don't log it.. but 1 leads to 2 leads to 3. So I have decided that this year will be different, instead of just eating what is around me. I have brought the ingredients to make fresh healthy and tasty meals and snack. I have downloaded this app to help me and I'm going to talk about my good days and bad. And I'm going to read what others are doing that helps them to help me.. good luck to everyone and I hope this year is all our years
