What is it that you listen to that really, REALLY gets your heart pumping, and your motivation shifting into high gear?

I find that when I'm using a recumbent bike, soaking in a jacuzzi, or sweating in a sauna, my preferred music is light, mellow, and progressive. Like this:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BDz5siTuCjA
Roger Waters - Déjà Vu

But, once I go to the elliptical or weights, I need something a little faster with a stronger pulse:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iywaBOMvYLI
System of a Down - Toxicity

- or -

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1M4ADcMn3dA
Rammstein - Keine Lust

What's your favorite music or tracks to listen to that get you excited to exercise?

Please post below...

If im on the bike or doing some low intensity cardio I enjoy a podcast, right now its the rich roll podcast( health and wellness mostly)

    Running its fast tempo rock
Think like blink 182, linkin park
Lifting is heavy metal- killswitch engage, rammstein, in flames, demon hunter

Oh, and this one belongs here, just because no gym from the 1980's was missing this song from its constant rotation of music.

Survivor - Eye of the Tiger

Yeah, but if I'm not fit by the end of the song like Rocky I'll be sorely dissapointed.

Anyhoo, it all depends on what I'm in the mood for. But I tend to flip flop between electronica and heavy metal. That really gets me in the "zone".

Crafty Camper - Knife Party sounds a lot like Skrillex. Not bad. I'll have to look them up and try out some more of their jams.

Jruzer - Pantera is good, I just don't think I'm young enough to keep up with that high of an energy level. I did see them 20 years ago (1999) as one of the opening acts for Black Sabbath's Reunion Tour. They tore it UP!

Rock on, man. I saw them in '98 or '99 when they toured with White Zombie. I still find that metal kicks my @ss when nothing else does.

They're pretty similar. Not much out, but what they have is pretty good. If you like dubstep.
