The plan

The plan is to see my personal trainer every Tuesday and Friday. I go to a gym that has only boot camps and personal training. My other gym is like any gym where you workout on your own. To start my goal is to work out on my own once a week (baby steps).Trying to stick to lean meats and lots of veggies. High water intake.

    I will be counting calories through this app and I use a BMI machine at the gym
