The plan is to see my personal trainer every Tuesday and Friday. I go to a gym that has only boot camps and personal training. My other gym is like any gym where you workout on your own. To start my goal is to work out on my own once a week (baby steps).Trying to stick to lean meats and lots of veggies. High water intake.

If your goal is weight loss, part of your plan should include counting calories to make sure you are in a calorie deficit. Eating lean meats and veggies won't automatically help you lose weight. You need to know how many calories you are consuming and burning. Good luck!5
