I did an hour yoga class this morning at Lifetime Fitness called Surrender. It was long held stretching poses. I don’t know how to add that to my excercise today? Does anyone have any ideas to help?

There are a lot of things that are broadly called “yoga.” Some styles burn more calories than others. I would be cautious about overestimating calories on a style that did not involve a lot of movement, and would probably count about half of the calories listed in the exercise database.

Sounds like you could track it as Hatha yoga. Hatha is generally slower pace than flow yoga like Vinyasa. There is an option in the app for Hatha.

Long held stretching poses sounds like Yin Yoga. I did a class the other day and personally barely counted it - I only gave myself 100 calories for the 75 minute class. For something like Bikram which is also individual poses and not a flow, I count more because it definitely increases my heart rate, but it isn't sustained. I googled and looked at a couple different sources to get an estimate.
